Intensive Behavioral Health is an affiliate of Intensive Specialty Hospital.

ISH is a long-term acute care hospital with locations in Bossier City, Louisiana and Shreveport, Louisiana. It was founded in 1992 as Lagniappe Hospital, and was acquired by Intensive Specialty Hospital in 2019. ISH is a unique facility that has harnessed experts from every medical discipline to provide leading treatment of both psychiatric and medical conditions. Our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP), Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), and Outpatient Program (OP) give patients access to our trademark multidisciplinary approach—while living at home.
